What have you done to your vehicle today?

a right pain. had that happen a few times on old jap stuff fitted with stainless bolts.

Replace the fuel line on duster as getting bubbles in fuel line. Wasn't a bad job inner wing cover moved out way to access filter remove the expansion bottle to remove old pipe and refit new pipe 36quid for pipe put all back primed the bubble pump wasn't expecting the car to start but it did so all work so going to get back onto TA.

done the toureg that was fun used both new kits changed the abs sensor with the black kit so was the easy part the battery was a pain you have to remove passenger seat cut the little carpet tags and fold carpet back so this told us it was the original battery 10 years old undo 4 spring clips the 2 holding brackets for battery i had put trickle battery charger leads on jump starter points in engine bay to keep any memory lifted out the feking heavy battery and reverse fitted the plugged scan tool in charging system was backing up 14.4 volts cleared the abs fault and told computer it had new battery test drove car it was like a new new is at was like it was in half limp home mode before with 16 fault codes but all good now apart for a small oil leak which the garage said was the oil drain plug strange when no oil around it the oil was coming from towards top of engine its looking like its the prv valve /inlet pipe from maf sensor into turbo just hoping its not turbo google says seal/prv pipe but its not oil drain plug,

Yet another problem on dad's dacia duster said it went into limp home mode coming back from shops the other day. Dash board lights on vechile stablity control and the zig zag one in side the box for injection system. But my foxwell and autel obd scan tools said no faults found strange so got my sealey unit plugged in came up with po203 injector fault.. Messuresed resistance across each injectir for reference all read 10.2 next used my noid lights kit all 4 were flashing on test so this proved electrically all good so next option take injector out wasn't looking forward to this after doing them on dad's van years ago a Renault traffic. Couldn't undo the clamp bolt so sprayed it with plus gas 3 times left it over night bolt came undo next was to try and remove injector 13mm spanner it moved it left and right result fek me she pulled straight out what luck. Cleaned the end up put back still same code righting going to swop it over with no. 2 injector this came out just as easy result so no. 2 now in 3 and 3 now in 3 started car up fault moved to no. 2 injector po202 code. So in my test it's shows mechanically no. 3 has failed but new injector will need coding which non on my scan tools do but injector varies from 75 to 300 deorndin on new or reman replacement swop for mine.
