Hmmmm, may need more filler lol,took the door off as the body profile didn’t seem correct,,now I know why but have no clue as the door needs minor work

Door stripped back,minimal rust along bottom so it beats me why it had so much filler in it

Corner piece welded and also filled the small hole with weld,,tomorrow is weld the lower edge on and then set about fabricating the Lower door section

This has turned into a major project, the more i look round it there are more things that need doing,,not good considering it was "fully restored" before i got it

What has annoyed me most is the fact that in general the body is good as per paintless pic, no rotten rear window, boot,rear frames etc.If you are going that far then sort out any areas that are in need,dont throw filler at it and 300ltrs of paint, not to mention new wheel nuts/caps/front grilles/sill plates and various other detail bits,
