You can buy direct from santa pod. But for suppliers of auto requirements good question.
Those little silver canisters they shower on the news are used in home drink machines so mybe restrict age group that can buy them? Or are all those machines now scrap? The party cannister that are the size of a large car auto paint don't know?

Restricting sales will help but there will always be a 'Black market'.

I was more concerned about the racers. If you can prove you are using NOS for motor sport there should not be a problem.

I think its the little ones they are using like drugs. Cant see why racers should be effected, does that means hospitals and dentists will have a ban on laughting gas? as thats all it really is.
