Looking to upgrade brakes on the T/A

Fronts all done. They were far simpler as extra space around the that bolt. Enjoyed doing that, and no puncture wounds doing them.
Been practicing mainking the end for the brake line.
The silver adapteron the right came with the Wilwood kit. Goes from the hard brake line to the flexiline. All seems to join together well.
Impressed with the hydrualic operation, keeps everything sqaure. No need for a vice, you could actually make the end while the pipe is on the car as you dont need must room to use it.

Well after getting in from the breakfast run, turn nipping off to mow aunties lawn and walk through dogs for 4 miles. Got home and watch F1 till about 7pm it was time to start on the brakes.
Took the wheel off. Got a photo of before.
New disc and caliper on. All shimmed up, brake pads in. The shinning took a little while to do, trial and error.
old discs are 12inch, new are 14. A little hard to see the difference in the two photos.
Popped the wheels back on, all rotating smooth.
I'm really happy with it, looks the part. No hydraulics connected yet. The old calipers still hanging behind.

I think next I'll disconnect the old front brakes, catch the fluid, remove old front pipes and get making all new.

Getting as bad as me using car as work bench storage
Braided pipes added. Had to make a bracket as original bracket couldn't take new union peice. 3D printed in PA6-CF. Works perfect.
Front pipes all plumbed in now.
The rear. Hoping to make use of the pipe already there, however these two at the rear being a right pain
Left it soaking in penetration oil. I also tried heat on the other side. Dosn't want to budge it's only need on there 19 years. There is a t-peice in the center of the axle. May need to remake from there. I'll try more heat next.
Having trouble with this caliper bracket. There are shims to bring through caliper onwards. I need to go outwards.
This is the bracket. If I can find a CNC place I could get a couple of mm off. If too much I can add the supplied shins.
All others are on.

With more gear I got the joint separated.
Same for both sides
This means I can keep the old pipe.
Flexible pipe added. This side is done(if no leaks)
Other side, I need and adjustment on the bracket. A milling machine would do it.

Do you have a milling machine? I need to shave off 2mm from this face. Needs to be a constant 2mm.

Thanks for the thoughts. That tool looks ideal, and there would be some good clamping places.
I asked someone in the car club, which then pointed me to Nigels work. He works at Jim Stokes. He said bring the parts in and he will take a look. He managed to get some time today to work on it. Don't know how much it will be, as I think its all invoiced through Jim Stokes.
