wow, sorry no pics but herd a noise went into kitchen sparrow hawk landed on log store by kitchen window he/she was there watching the birds on the feeder the tried to catch a bird missed then landed on cat scarer waited a few mins then fly away if only had camera and was outside , closed i been to sparrow hawk,

Good spot! I had one on the fence back 2012.....
Then about 3 years ago I heard a commotion and a thrush was going crazy on the fence then a Sparrowhawk flew up from next door with the Thrush's partner in its tallons. Too quick for me to get a camera!

Just went for walk along rive as very low wasn't expecting it to have dried up further down wow.

A good oppurtunity to get all that scrap out but a shame to see the river that dry.
Any gold deposits? could be good to dig up the river bed in a small part and gold pan it. There has been some found in Wales. It will help fuel the car for car shows

you can see how low the water table is where the farmer has dug watering hole for cattle, would you want to go mining in that????
