I've been giving blood for a fair number of years now. The max used to be every 16 weeks, but guys can do ever 12 weeks. This means changing venues to try to maximise donations. If you want to donate its very simple, get free drinks, biscuits, crisps. Dosn't take long at all. Very well organised.
