Just noticed these were not working. You go to upload your new Avatar and it says failed.
Looked into this and it was a directory permission issue which is fixed. I guess the directory permissions were lost when the website was moved to the new server.
so now we can change out avatars to what ever we want, max size of 120px x 120px
