has any member on here got a bolt or grip nut remover tool ? its to remove a locking wheel nut on a peugeot 206 been quoted silly money to remove it. I know screwfix does a irwin grip nut remover set but after this i wont need it anymore as not putting the locking ones back on ..

Can you hammer a slightly smaller socket on?
I've done that successfully in the past, and because the locking wheel nut is softer than the socket, the socket was still fine afterwards.
Just a thought....

similar to what american thunder suggested ! my mechanic friend hammered on socket with teeth like jaws !! after a few attempts it finally gave way. scary hitting it with a lump hammer but job done !!!
