Wide arch/over fender bolts?

Evening all, apologies if its been asked before but i thought the forum quiet enough to ask anyway?!
Has anyone got any good suppliers for custom arch bolts and well nuts suitable for re-affixing a bodykit? Choice of colour sort of thing, preferably with a metal washer behind, would also appreciate recommendations for fibreglass repairers if anyone knows any? Worth looking into local boat specialists as i believe they use similar?
