Upgrading forum from 4.2.0 Patch level 2, to patch level 3

Apparently more security holes found in PL2.
Also the admin side of the forum is getting a bit flaky. So i think by upgrading it will patch the security holes and hopefully fix the admin bugs related to caching.

Almost hastle free. There will still an issue with caching, so tinkered with the config.php and all good now. Rather odd why it suddenly started giving troubles only in the Admin area.
