wow, that's not good. I wonder how deep the hole is and if the car is irretrievable.

All 8 cars have now been recovered from the sinkhole.

Devastating for sure. What makes it worse is that a lot of the cars in the Corvette museum are one-of-a-kind. They have a lot of unique concept cars and prototypes - one or two or which ended up in the sinkhole.

A great museum though and worth a visit if you ever get the chance.
