3D printed a base for it, as there are many wires I dont need and do not need to go through the hold in the wall.

Yes you can buy a box, but for £30+ it was fun drawing it up, and printing it.

I did drill the bit hold from the front side. The drill bit is this way round ready to feed the cable through from the end of the bit. May it easier to get the cale from inside to out.

Happy with that. All works great, and added to the system with the others.

Camera is made by Foscam £79.99 https://foscam.uk.com/foscam-d2ep
They have a selection of outdoor camera, many are WiFi. My thinking is, if you got to run power to it anyway, when why not run PoE (Power over Ethernet) then you have data and power. No need to worry about WiFi jammers. Plus its great to run the PoE router on UPS, so if the power is taken out the cameras keep recording.

Anyway happy with that. I'll pop the mounting model on the other thread incase its useful for someone.

In material it gost £6.50 to print. So saved money there, however it did take around 1 hour to draw up.

This is the one Foscam make.

Ideally I dont want a cable out the side, i want it hidden inder the box. So my custom one fits my neads better.
