Got skimmed flywheel back yesterday just waiting on parts from usa then can plan on putting back together, as can be seen clutch is shot and flywheel and plate badly burnt and had knasty notches in,

Hope you have ordered heavy duty clutch plate to put back in lol

Dosn't look too bad, not over burnt. Good luck in getting it back together and running. It just takes time, well about 4 hours to swap my one out.
Are you putting if a higher performance one? they do feel a bit different but you get use to the biting point, i.e. on/off switch.

Looks like we both had fun knackering are clutches, i had to remove supercharger so engine would tilt down to remove gearbox,

Was that a simple enough job to take the supercharger off?

Yes took it off as a complete unit sitting in boot of mustang at the moment managed to get skimmed flywheel back on today and have now got new exedy 500 clutch waiting to go in . as it was delivery friday,

Woo hoo! Be good to see you racing again when it's all bolted back together! Bit of a bitch the charger had to come off to fit it!!

Yes will be back next year as want to bed in the new clutch. so will look out for v8uk pod dates for next year hopefully a few of the SR can tag along as well,,

Good job we had to remove charger to help with removal of gearbox as engine needed to be tilted back but this showed black soot marks around inlet manifold on supercharger to engine block so fitted new gaskets
new inlet gaskets, new exeddy clutch kit, new coolent new clutch fliud new bolts
and a happy test drive,

I should be up for it, I may be sorting my clutch thrust bearing in a week or so to get rid of that horrible noise. I will keep a look out for the dates too. :)
