Just dropped some shopping to my father in law. Check out the frozen netting over his fish pond!!

I cleared the ice out of our old bird bath then re-filled it yesterday. I knew it would re freeze, but I think the water had got into some cracks and has "blown" it when it froze! You can see icicles underneath where it ran out lol

We have a plant pot in the garden, its some form of pottery type material. Its gone oval shaped but hasn't split yet, which has surprised me.

I don't think I've ever seen a Bullfinch in the flesh.

According to my RSPB guide they are fairly common but are on the 'Conservation red list'.
