Chichester Cinema wants some cars 3rd & 4th April

result, as mentioned friday will be a very long day then

Yes it will, leaving home at 7am, probably back from wheels day at 3pm (see how it goes) then off to Chi for 5pm. I'll still have jet lag from coming back from Ireland the night before.

To convoy there on Friday, we shall meet at the services on the M27 near Emsworth, we usually call it LittleChef, but it may be called something else now. Meet there at 4.30pm, and we could leave there about 4:40pm to start convoy to the Cinema.

The plan is to enter the complex at the bollards just past the security hut where we will be escorted onto the pedestrian area by security and/or someone from the cinema.

we will be escorted at walking pace, all the drivers need to have their lights on, preferably with hazards on too. Security will then direct us to where they want you to park. If needed we can use the cinema's barriers.

At least one person will need to be present with the vehicles at all times. The times for Friday have been confirmed, for Saturday we will play it by ear as to when to leave. As previously stated we will all need to leave the pedestrian area together.

Listso far:-

Dan 2000Trans-Am, both Days.
Dave Late 90'sChevy Camaro, interest in both days.
Darren,Saleen Mustang, possibly both days.
1991Chevy Camaro, both days (should be back on the road bythen)
1978TransAm (Saleens friend) possible both days

Weather good, got 4 cars here. Plenty of room for more cars tomorrow. People taking show flyers. Awesome. Security excellent on getting us parking up and clearing public. All good. :)

We didn't see it tonight, maybe tomorrow night. we had 4 cars there and I was happy to stand there and watch them. Sarah had a word with a foreign guy that tried to get into the Camaro that was with us. Well I say had a word 'fog horn leghorn' comes to mind.
All good though, many people showing interest in the cars and many people interest in the start of season show.
Most of the time it was dry, but then came a light drizzle. Fingers crossed for a better weather tomorrow. we have far more people coming.

The manager was a good chap, we will have a different one tomorrow though. The security were on the ball, they saw us arrive, and pointed us to the entrance of getting into the precinct area and walked with the cars to park them up. Very well organised.

Good turn out this evening. 10 cars, the cinema is well happy.

If you were here I would have gotten a photo of your car. No worries you couldn't make it. Sarah has a photo of your car at wheels day, I missed it, not on purpose though.

Thanks to all that attended. A great turn out of sporty american vehicles. The Cinema were chuffed. A lot of public asking questions about the vehicles. Great to chat to soo many people.

Took shifts in eating at Frankie and Benneys, very busy in there.

Turn out a really good event.

But how was the movie? :)

Didn't see it. We got the free tickets, we will go another night. Quite busy there, quite happy to chat to people about the cars. So we will likely go next weekend when the mad rush dies down a bit. :)
