Feel free to use the Blog section, it is enabled for every user. A blog is something where you can write what ever you like about what ever you like. So you could write about your car etc...

If there is a good article in your blog we can promote it to an article, so it appears on the Home page.
Eventually I want to have every club car on the home page (the forum home page). This home page will show anual show events and other things too. Its all working great.
