A great day last year. Its on Southsea Common, we usually park up and go for breakfast.

A message from the organisers
Firstly, a very big thank you to the club for supporting the show in 2018and we hope you had a great day.
There are a few things we aim to improve on going forward, such as systemsto get everyone in quicker and details of this will be sent leading up to theevent.
We will shortly have the new Beach Dubbin website fully operational and allbookings will be able to be carried out on this. This allows us a much slickerbooking process. We wish to make sure this system is fully working beforerelease so please bear with us.
We hope that your club will want to support Beach Dubbin again this year, therefore, please can you reply to this email if your club would like to attendthis year’s show so we can email you a booking link when the websitebooking system becomes live.
We really look forward to welcoming you to Beach Dubbin 2019 and if lastyear’s weather repeats itself we should all be in for another fantastic day.

I have write bands and a couple of spaces left. We are still leaving the hill (micks burgers) at 8.15am like last year, Then a gentle cruise down to the show. We have 28 vehicles on the list so far. I'll bring the gazebo so we have a bit of shade.

Another thank you from the organisers
Morning

So it has been two months since BeachDubbin we have had our debrief meeting with the Council and our own team meeting following this.

What can we say other than thank you so much on behalf of the BeachDubbin team. Could you also pass on our thanks to all the club members that attended and supported the event. Thanks for arriving at the staggered entry times given as that certainly helped to get everyone in so quickly off the road.

As you know the show is run as a totally Not for profit event. You may have seen the announcements on our facebook page but to confirm our main charity that we supported was Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance and thanks to all of you we have donated the amazing sum of £10,000 to them this year! To raise such an amount for them in our second year of the running the show is unbelievable and is down to all of you supporting us.

We have also made a few other smaller donations which totalled an additional £1750 so in total £11750 has been handed over to charities from the show this year!

If you haven't done so already please like our facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/beachdubbin/ as we will keep putting updates on here throughout the year. We will be opening up applications in the New Year and will send you an email with the link once open.

Enjoy the Winter break and good luck with any projects/upgrades that you are working on ready for 2020 Show Season.

Date for your diary for BeachDubbin next year - 2nd August 2020 see you there!

Thanks again

Sue

On behalf of the BeachDubbin Team x
