Scanned the original, the plastic around the screw hold is all broken. turned into a10mm hole, when It needs to be around 5mm.

Redrew the lot and adding a pattern along with the letters WS.6

Screw hole will take an 4mm allenkey bolt, sinking the head 4mm into the plastic.


Ready to print in the morning, drying out a roll if silament, which will be done by morning.

So over night I'll print out a draft one to check it fits.

Yes, a front drivers side grille part.l for a 2nd gen TA. Too big, no original to scan. Although you can buy that part for a free hundred $, if I made that it wouldn't be much cheaper after you have factored in time.

It fits. This was a test print. The proper material was in that dryer overnight.

Final one sent to the printer. It will take around 6 hours to print. 167 grams. Approx £2 of meterial.
