Upgrading forum to 4.1.12 patch level 1

There has been a few bug fixes in the latest release. Hopefully sorting out some issues I have in the article section. Forum will be off for a few moments.
Should all be fully running again by 11am.
 
New files have been uploaded, and upgrade has run. All went well.
