Didn't know that someone put a TransAm on a pole on top of other cars until I saw some photos today.

It is a public art installation in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, unveiled in April 2015.

That’s an odd rear spoiler on that T/A. Definitely doesn’t look factory.

Art? If you ditched the other 4 POS’s then yes.
The 2nd gen has such beautiful lines - I would say it’s art.
