Hi all having just changed the stock 400 manifold and the old BBQ Holley for nice new edelbrock the car is running great no longer catching fire which is a plus 
. Problem I have now is that I wish to fit the shaker hood to bonnet and not on the carb which is how the car came to me but the new carb is abit taller than the Holley so at moment I've got a 14x3 air filter fitted to carb would it make much difference if I fitted a 14x2 air filter? As far as I know apart from a recent rebuild engine is stock 1975 block with 72 heads that way I could bolt shaker hood to bonnet. Unless any one has bottom can of air filter and filter band up for grabs? Many thanks chris
