I've not tried it yet, but you ship to a US address, maybe also useful if you had stuff from multiple parts places, looks like the consolidate it to ship it to you.
I don't know if rock auto will like that, or how long it takes. Maybe pointless pre paying customs with rock auto as it's not coming direct from them you are likely to be charged import tax as it comes into the UK
