Nice, I do like the Mantas.

The front end is Mk1 Cavalier, I originally brought a Manta to repair a Mk1 Cavalier but it turned out the Manta was better nick so kept that and done it up. The rear end is much like a Mk2 Cavalier. So its like Opel done an inbetween model of 2 Vauxhals. There was an Opel Asconda which was a little larger. Vauxhal never made these models. Opel/Vauxhall now make the same bodys and may calll hem different names.

I like the Manta. A really nice shaped old car .
Yeah, I remember the Ascona too. A guy from Andover raced one when I did Falken Mod Prod Saloons years ago. He owned an engine tuning company so it was quick...and Christ...could he drive it!!
