so will they all need formatting ? and what and how is formatting done?
so windows 10 wont be able to play or show pictures or video then dont know what VLC OR INFANVIEW IS?

thinking about getting a motion sensor wildlife camera to see what the vermin are up to and yesterday we found what the beleave to the a young herion on the peebles by steps down to river it was to big for a dove or pigion and coloring was more herion type and the claws also were big so camera might pick up what the night wildlife is upto could be a mink from river or mybe otter???

If the camera has a display and menu then format can be done through the menu system. Failing that you can do it on the PC using a USB card reader, be sure to format the correct drive. You will be able to format in FAT32, NTFS and a few others, the camera instructions should tell you what format is required. You may find the viewing software on the PC could give you a format function as does the RoadHawk front end.
