Help needed if poss

Hi all had the rocker covers off my Pontiac 400 today and have found a loose rocker arm. Anyone know how to set these arms? They are on bottle neck bolts with 11/16 nut with Allen key grub screw in side? Need to be set at 20ftlb but are floating? Thanks Chris

have you not got a chilton manual or even a haynes manual?

Hi everyone thanks for all the help yes I have got a Haynes book of lies lol it just says that there is no adjustment lol no mention of zero lash or preload on a plus note after many hours of looking have found some info on the net so will give it ago over weekend.Fingers crossed
