On Waterberry drive, Waterlooville where I work. Went out for a lunch time walk. The traffic lights have been there for a week or so, as workmen were digging up the footpath around the corner. Well the workmen have gone. Left the lights behind. There is no obstruction in the road apart from the traffic lights.
Cars queuing up as you would, as you are meant to stop for red lights, however there is no obstruction in the road. Perhaps we will see these up on eBay soon if someone dosn't come back to claim them.
