I don't think they will ever learn. It all comes out from tax payers again, funding the banks to payout for peoples negligence.

A chap at work is quite happy to buy things online with his credit card. Spots 'really' good deals. orders and pays for them, doesn't turn up, company goes missing. Think he needs training with online buying. Usually if its a good deal, and from a private address, then why would you think its totally safe.
