I've registered for ULEZ on their site. So if they spot me it automatically charges me. Last time they didn't spot me. Will see if I got picked up today.
Some of the cars here won't need to pay,but I think you need to apply for something, but like zero tax.
Checked my ULEZ login, they are not showing the car yet, I expect it may take a day, perhaps they didn't see me again. I did see many cameras up there.
