Of course people are going to push that limit all they can, and so Texas saw fit to install a state-of-the-art toll system that can track cars even at the highest of speeds.Such a system warrants extensive testing though, and despite having taken 1,200 horsepower Cadillac to over 220 MPH earlier this year, Hennessey Performance Engineering was asked to come back and test the toll system again? this time though, with its 2014 Corvette HPE600 .
