Radiator drain plug tool.

The drain plug can be stiff, but also the winds on it are fragile from time. I wanted to undo the one on my 2000 Pontiac firebird.

Whipped up a 3D printed tool that bits and allows you to turn it with ease

STL file attached in ZIP form.

Hopefully this will be of use to someone else.

First thread created in this category. I will be adding more over time.

Looks like a similar tool already out there that can be undone with a socket. I quite like my 3D printed one as can turn by hand and get the feel to no over tighten it.

Wonder how many people have 3d printers at home??? Mybe print a few off and sell them?? Someone now got your file and copyright it and make even more money??
Think I prespur your as less likely to over tighten it by hand compared to using addition tool.
Put your ignitals on it in file or sponge bobs ....

It cost 79p in material to print. A few people have 3D printers, becoming more common.
I needed to print this tool as it would be useful to me. Around 30minjs to measure and draw. Happy to share the file for free. I dont wish to make anything from it. Just happy to share incase it helps someone else out too.
