When you think of the Honda S2000, there are two thoughts in your mind. First, why hasn"t Honda built a new version, and second, that dumb pink tuned version from 2 Fast 2 Furious. Those thoughts are inevitable. Other thoughts include the high-revving VTec motor that screamed to 9,000 rpm, and the great weight distribution that made the car nimble and great for track days. What you don"t see that much of, due to its rather collector nature, are engine swaps. But today is different, we"re going to feature one of the coolest S2000s with an LS1 engine swap that makes ridiculous horsepower and noise from the little Japanese coupe. The car, at the wheels, makes 409 horsepower, and that is plenty to move the little coupe away from just about everything that comes up against it. It also features a glorious hardtop, a widened rear end, and some killer wheels. Essentially, whoever built this beautiful car did it right. Now when can we drive it?
