Talking of slot cars, there's a place in a village near us (Canfield) with a massive purpose built slot car track you can race on. It's closed due to Covid at the moment, but I've been a few times and it's great fun. Here's a link to their website...

Went to one of them company day with a company I used to work was a good event it was in a factory unit near Ford. The boss was leaving and was a petrol head this was his leaving do.
