Soo many events happening on the same days during August. The Bargate one had just popped up, so wanted to let everyone know about what's available.
8th to 10th Aug - Retro Festival
10th Aug - Bargate Southampton
Been trying to find info on bargate for this year for some time. Emailed people who advertised it last year but nothing back.
It's a great show parked up on the cobbled streets. Keith from the wheelers said it's on the 10th Aug, they are meeting in hedge end, so perhaps all convoy together. We will be entering under the umbrella of Victory Wheelers, there are at least 5 spaces free. The Wheelers are leaving Marks & Spencer car park in Hedge end at 8.15am. We could have entered as a club, however couldn't get an replies back from the organisers who I gave the entry list to last year. sorry guys. If you don't enter with the Wheelers then you can turn up at 9am to just drive in any available spaces. I have a feeling there will be some spaces due to the lack of info on the show this year. Free entry.
10th Aug - Beach Buggin
The event with the most VW Beetles and Beach Buggies and camper vans on Southsea Common. A good show of american cars too. Pre entry is ?5, not sure if that has been sorted this year, so may be more on the gate. Last year met up the hill to convoy down at 8:45 same again this year?

Fort Widley, Portsdown Hill road, PO6 3LS. We have been invited to park up as a bit of a show in the fort. So if you are interested let us know an idea of numbers. Free entry, meet at Micks at 9.30am to convoy into gether, only up the road from Micks.
17th Aug - Stars & Stripes Brooklands
A day devoted to stars and stripes as Brooklands welcomes some magnificent Mustangs and a whole host of American cars. Expect a feast of chrome and colour with some gleaming Dodges, Chryslers, Hot Rods and Customs in and around the Paddock.

17th Aug - 3rd Hampshire Classic Motorshow.
10am to 5pm. Breamore Countryside Museum, near Fordingbridge, Hampshire. SP6 2DF.

Saturday 23 August Celebration of motor vehicles 2014 Winchester's Sparsholt College are holding their first annual celebration of motor vehicles this summer, with all donations going to Macmillan Cancer Support.
23rd to 24th Aug - Wings & Wheels Dunsfold
Dunsfold Wings & Wheels will be returning to the historic setting of Dunsfold Aerodrome (home of BBC?s Top Gear), Guildford, Surrey on Saturday 23rd & Sunday 24th August 2014 for its tenth successive year.
24th Aug - Canamania
This is a superb American Classic car show organised by the Can-Am car club. Julian's Road, Wimborne on the 24th August 2014. 9am-4pm.
24th Aug - Shoreham Airport Charity Run
Charity drive on 24/8/14 in aid of Kent Surrey and Sussex air ambulance.
They have a drive with numerous cars and bikes meeting at Shoreham airport for registration at 09.30. ?5 entrance fee per car and ?2.50 per bike.
They will be setting off at 10.30 for a drive approx 90 min taking you to Tulleys farm near Crawley where cars are on show and we have lots planned for the afternoon. Entertainment, food, drink and raffle.
Gemma Scott is joining them from sky Motorsports.
They are looking to get as many different cars and bikes join them and hoping we can spread word through our group. If there is a number of us they will set you off in a group and gave you displayed as a group at the end.
25th Aug - Petersfield Festival
Vehicles to arrive between 9am and 10am and parked up till 3pm where we leave via a parade via the crowds in the high street. We could do with having an idea of numbers for this.
25th Aug - Beaulieu Supercar Showdown.
Advanced tickets, before 5pm August 24th, Adult ?13 and children ?9. On the day prices TBC.
30th Aug - Abbotts Ann Festival of Motoring 2014
The Abbotts Ann event is held on the 30th August 2014. This year?s Abbotts Ann car show ?The Abbotts Ann Festival of Motoring? still reflects the enthusiasm and the eclectic mix of vehicles that people in the area have and are interested in.
