The C2 Corvette Sting Ray is certainly one of the most iconic car body styles ever produced, period! This beautiful example is a car that underwent a complete frame up restoration.<br />
When you open the driver"s door and slide into the perfect & factory correct red bucket seats interior you can"t help but feel like it"s 1965 all over again! All of the gauges, lights, blinkers, etc. work perfectly.<br />
Open the hood and nestled inside the beautiful detailed engine bay you will find the correct 327ci rated at 365HP (high output). The motor is linked to it s 4 speed manual transmission. This is matching numbers car. She features side exhaust pipes, just to make sure everyone knows you are coming. The original AM-FM radio and rally wheels with redline radial tires. She starts, idles, runs, drives & performs beautifully in every way, and is an absolute BLAST to drive! She has plenty of power & torque, and the manual transmission shifts precisely throughout the gears! On the freeway she drives straight & true, with no issues whatsoever. We could provide the NCRS shipping document at no extra charge. The car was judged by NCRS and received Top Flight award in 1997. Even though this is an older restoration, the photos show that the quality of the restoration stood the time trial. Also, there are only 500 miles on this restoration. The car has been kept on a lift as a part of a larger private collection. Full comprehensive inspection will be provided prior to any purchase agreement.<br />
