Looking to upgrade brakes on the T/A

All this work is good practice for swmnbo car means you can get it done quicker once you start key part there is ONCE you start lol.........
Very true, can make pipes easily now, and can bleed the brakes in under 5 mins once the wheels are off.

Test drive yesterday went really well. The black paint had been removed from the front brakes, still some on the rears. I plan to do more test driving today. During my drive yesterday it was down country lanes, that way I could apply brakes and wouldn't be any one behind. I could pull into layby and use my IR temprature gun to check tempratures, make sure nothing binding/dragging. All results looked very good.
Was a nice drive out, brake pedal feels great, responce of the brakes feel very good too. Still more bedding into to do, but initial results I am very happy.

I didn't get a photo, but leaving the garage yesterday my brake discs look great in the wheels, certainly fills the once emptry space of the 18inch rims. I should have got a photo. I have a photo when they were black, now that has worn off, the silver looks fab.

Photo of the new front discs after some bedding in.
