it was only the resovior that came out no harm done execpt the mess, caused by the rubber going very soft. i used a zip tie to ensure it could not happen again. i now use the type that sucks the fluid through. snag. it works will but it will suck air past the thread of the blead screw

i plan to go to Hayling tomorrow[ got a cold so feeling a bit rough at the minute ]. i got one advisiory ball joint in end of pitman arm, its part of the arm so far i can only find arms for manual steering cars and i have power steering

no, not too much pressure. the rubber rings, sealing the reservoir to the cylinder had gone soft. it was an old VW camper the cylinder is under the seat.

i had the reservoir blow apart using that type of tool once

just worked out how to hold that. should be easy

its just above head hight, its also above the Ranchero so vert unlikely i will walk under it . the fixings go right through the wall

my dehumidifier was in my way and i had to empty it nearly every day. so inspired by Dan's wall mounted unit i made a bracket and hung mine on the wall. i fitted a drain pipe so i never have to empty it again
