Xmas Toy ( TA project) come early

There is an interconnect on the steering column but I don’t think it has anything to do with the reversing light. From memory, there is a switch on the shifter itself?

Failing that I can look at the Haynes and Chiltons manuals for you and I think the genuine Fisher manual I have has some wiring schematics.

my reverse switch looks like this but with only 2 connections on it and is located at the very back of the coloum very colose to where is goes through the bulkhead , metered the green cable have continuity and it lights the bulb but switch cant seam to get it to aligh with the slot in colum as in park its on but in reverse goes of if i unscrew it and move it it works right but clamp it down it dosnt nd its a pig to get to, what my engine got to do with it?

you were right in your thinking as differant part my part only has 2 connections, both summit and rockauto list a differant multi connection switch, at least i found and traced cable and switch just need to set it up , then get back to my plan, if there ever was one lol,,,,,
 
With the wiring diagram from American thunder (y) managed to trace the green cable from horn button to knacked relay replaced with non standard pontiac relay from my soares box horn works just got to Tidy up. But have new problem had to order new wiper motor as its been playing up so rockauto order done.

Fitted the new wipermotor today another job ticked of list,

Cant believe i have had my mustang 12 years and my trans am 8 years

Started to clean up the rear end of trans am no nasty found wire brushed it rhen red oxide then black stone chip wat a mess it made garage needs a good clean now.

Looks great. You done in a day or two that has taken me months on the Camaro.
 
That poor camaro of Sarah's shame on you lol. Ordered new rear shocks have to look back in history as to wen I fitted them very rusty now and not balanced the South Coast Sea wen lived there must of attached the metal take pic wen back homeIMG_20210904_102005.jpg
