New (temporary) starter motor fitted to Firebus until a better quality one becomes available just to get it running. Out on test run from garage, one tyre shredded and it looks like the others aren’t far behind. 🙄 Four retro whitewall van tyres now ordered from North Hants Tyres. One step forward two steps back once again….🙄🍺

Darren, great use of the silver work bench there. Great photos. Great to see different stuff like that.

Stephen, those tyres looks pretty bad, do they have a date code on them? I wonder if they are like 20-30 years old or something?

Nice, that is looking really smart,. nice job. :)

Thanks for that. It's getting there, just need to sort a few mechanical gremlins out. I've also got a retro roof rack to go on it which should also give it that look as well. I've told Pete it absolutely has to be ready by the season closer on 7th October. And I need some Renegades stickers on it, obviously...

Buying American car parts is almost like listening to amateur night on Country Radio, "And tonight on Rock Auto, we have A.C, Delco, with her cover of "Rudy, Don't take your pads to town"
