Trans Am Convertible for Sale

It certainly is, one of the photos is from outside his house, another photo on the beach has Mel in the passenger seat. Not seen Paul on here for a while. I wonder why, its a nice car. Perhaps he is after a change. Certainly a good quality car.

No he must be buying a Ford ???????????????????????????????????????????

so why you selling and what you buying then spill the bean's then

Unfortunately it's not exciting, you see our Dodge has broken down and after spending lots of money trying to get it fixed it looks like it'll cost a fortune to get it done. So now it has to be sold as ' for repair' which means that I have to sell my car to get another family runabout, and with the remains of that plus what the Dodge sells for I will try to get something nice for fun......a sad time indeed.

Ah that really does suck :(

So what's wrong with the Dodge then???

It has no brakes. The pedal went rock hard and the garage said it was the vaccum pump, so a lot of money later( it's also a fuel pump) and still no go. So they sent it to a Dodge specialist who said it was still the pump, so more money later still no brakes. They suspect it could now be the servo unit. Unfortunately it is tucked well away and probably entails dropping the whole front sub frame to get to it. So now having no money to fix it, it has to go.

Not something you can look at ??? Or any spanner monkeys local to you that could help ?? ..

Do you brake fluid coming out of nipples if you release them and press peddle down or dose it stay hard ???.

I've looked at it and that's as far as it's got. The servo is mounted in the corner of the engine bay, and cannot be pulled out from behined the shock tower, engine and A/C hard lines simply no room.
The main dealer even says the book time says whenever it's done, so it's a massive job that the main dealer said they don't want to do.
