Private Vehicle Hire Rule Changes.

I don't know too much about this and only read a little into it but Aimee mentioned the other day that rules are changing and are going to be cracked down on this prom season. Apparently people are now having to apply for a special license to use their cars for private hire. She said her Dad isn't going to hire out his copper car this year for that reason.

I know some of you guys and gals on here hire out your cars so thought it was worth mentioning and for you guys to check up on.
