The new release of MapleSim from Maplesoft makes itsubstantially easier to explore and validate designs, create and manage librariesof custom components, and use MapleSim models within the engineering toolchain. In MapleSim 7, a new results manager provides greater flexibility wheninvestigating simulation results and exploring designs. With this new release,it is now possible to compare multiple simulation runs at the click of abutton, including simulations of a single model and simulations of differentmodels, claims Maplesoft. Engineers can instantly plot the behavior of anyvariable, including variables that were not explicitly probed during thesimulation. Other tools available through MapleSim 7"s results manager include theability to easily visualize the correspondence between the 2-D plot results andthe 3-D visualization of the model during simulation.
