Key fob battery

Hi all

The central locking on my daily driver (Honda Accord) is not working. Fine if you use the key itself but not when you use the buttons. I am guessing the battery is flat. Is this something I can change my self or do I have to go to a dealer or even worse Hellfrauds? (Other motor factors are available.)

Easy to do yourself. Search YouTube and you will probably find a how-to.
Buy decent batteries. Cheap ones don't last. Duracell are best imho.
No programming will be required.

Thanks for the info.

Yes, it's a key with buttons on it. The car is on a 54 plate.

Thanks for your help once again.

JOB DONE!!!

Thanks again.

So more satisfiying to do it yourself though......

.....A sense of achievment.....

.....The ecstacy......

The sheer joy of....of, fixing something!

May we all be fixers!

That's great, well done. Great to get something done without having to pay someone else to do it.
