This week"s Dyno Blast video features a brand new 2016 Chevrolet Camaro SS with stock LT1 heads worked a bit by Lingenfelter Performance, a Lingenfelter camshaft and a set of Kooks headers on the dyno with the folks from RPM Motorsports. This car made 387 rear wheel horsepower on the dyno in stock form with the 8-speed automatic, but when the heads, cam and headers were added, the output jumped to a shade over 500 rear wheel horsepower picking up 113 rwhp from the short mod list. While we don"t see this 2016 Camaro SS make a second run in this video, this car is also fitted with a nitrous setup that allowed it to lay down 627 rear wheel horsepower. However, for those who prefer to avoid the bottle, this video offers you a chance to see and hear how the 6th gen Camaro SS sounds with a few common modifications.
