Yeah, most of them seemed to be have been used as surf vans, especially in California. Surprised to see ”The Thing” as they called them in the US on the list, they go for silly money now as well. My favourite VW Beach Car is this one, but I’m sure there was only a few made. Not that practical for the Costa del Solent either….
