2014 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28.
It would have been 12 years since the Z/28 badge was seen on a new Camaro but now it's back! According to Chevrolet, the reason for the long time gap was due to waiting for a Camaro that was worthy of the Z/28's heritage.
The Brembo brakes on the ZR1 Corvette have been altered and given to the new Camaro. Due to the high quality, fade free braking performance the 2014 Camaro has been dubbed the best handling modern muscle car of 2014, beating the Ford Mustang! Along with the carbon-ceramic brakes the 2014 Camaro has Mulimatic DSSV shocks, Pankl coated titanium rods, Recaro seats, Pirelli track tyres and Torsen Helical differnatial. Along with many other enhancements you can expect a very huge price tag....more that the ZL1.
The engine.......The Z/28's dry-sump LS7 is nearly 30kg lighter than the supercharged LSA engine in the ZL1. Even though the LS7 doesn't have the BHP of the LSA, the weight comparison is enough to make it faster.
So what do you guys think of it???
