The official Indianapolis Speedway Pace Car the Pontiac Firebird Trans Am 20th Anniversary Edition has a fantastic pedigree and reputation.
The production of this car was limited to 1,555. With this being 1 of only 5 known to be in the UK.
The engine was specially developed for the Turbo Trans Am. A 3.8 Litre V6, underrated at 250hp, the engine topped 300hp on GM"s engine dyno. The huge Turbo Charger is capable of a 16.5 PSI boost.
Top speed of 160mph, 0-60 in under 5 seconds. Reaching the mile in 12.5 seconds.
The car is totally original. All turbo badging in place, as well as the original pace car decals which have not been applied yet.
Immaculate camel leather interior. T-tops and leather seats. Upgraded racing spec brakes fitted standard.
The cars first owner bought it as an investment, keeping the car until 1997 with only 7 miles on the clock. The owner we bought from has had it since 2006 and the condition shows it was well looked after and used very little.
With full service history. Current mileage is 40,134 miles, records showing steady increments of light use. However, when the last owner purchased the car in 2006 a clear mistake was made on the paperwork showing a higher mileage.
The car is currently being imported from Massachusetts, USA and should arrive very soon.
The incredible specification can be viewed from this link: - details above

Please feel free to get in contact to arrange a viewing or for more pictures (we have another 50!). We prefer for it to be collected however we can arrange delivery for anywhere in Europe.
nice but alot of dosh ???????

there was a black one of these on e.bay from east sussex from memory was on e.bay for ever not there now mind you ether taken off sale or sold, ??????????

I think the TTA’s were all in white IIRC. So a black one would be incorrect and less desirable.
Unless the car you were looking at was a regular GTA? They look similar but don’t have the turbo V6.

I like these ........ :)
