1963 Chevy Pickup <br />

For sale is my no expense spared 1963 Chevy Pickup.<br />
<br />
This truck was shipped in from a farm in Arizona in 2008 and was in remarkably solid condition with no rust/rot just the perfectly patinaed sun bleached paint you see before you.<br />
<br />
This truck was then stripped to a bare frame painted and had every bush, bolt (replaced with stainless), steering joint and mounts replaced!.... Along with all new brake lines and fuel lines.<br />
<br />
The body was stripped and lacquered to preserve the perfectly patinaed paint. It then had all the rubbers, felts and seals replaced, not one was left.<br />
Then the pickup bed was stripped and lacquered also, then a new wood bed kit was installed with powder-coated bed strips and stainless bed bolt kit.<br />
<br />
The rear axle was removed and a later 66 C10 12 Bolt axle was stripped, painted then sent to Hauser Racing for a full rebuild with a Detroit Posi, 3.42 Motive Gears, full bearing set and complete new rear drum brake kit.<br />
<br />
4" HD 1350 Propshaft was built by Propshaft-Services, with Strange Billet slip yoke and Strange HD UJ"s.<br />
<br />
A Tremec TKO500 5-Speed Manual with a relocated Hurst Short Shift Shifter replaces the original floor shift 4-speed. A custom Tubular crossmembers was used with Energy Suspension polly trans mount.<br />
<br />
The Engine was removed from the truck which wasn"t original and was originally from a 1971 Turbo-Fire 350 from a Monti Carlo. The engine was Stripped and rebuilt with a load of Performance Goodies... Edelbrock Performer Aluminium Cylinder Heads, ARP Head Bolts, Comp Cams Camshaft, High Rev Lifters, Comp Cams Magnum Pushrods, Comp Cams Magnum Roller Rockers, Edelbrock EPS Intake Manifold, Holley Carburettor, Holley Fuel Pump, Holley Regulator, Headman Headers etc etc.... <br />
A Friend of mine had an engine to the same specifications which made 338hp on the dyno!...<br />
<br />
Full American Auto-Wire loom kit which was install by a specialist classic car auto electrician.<br />
<br />
Full Custom Stainless Steel 2.5" Exhaust System by Pipe-Craft with Magnalfow Stainless Silencers.<br />
<br />
It has had everything done and much, much more, apart from the original paint!.... <br />
<br />
This Chevy drives and handles better than new with loads of performance which always put a smile on my face.<br />
<br />
I have stacks of paperwork and invoices for all the work done.<br />
<br />
This is a very reluctant sale and is only being sold to further an existing business. <br />
<br />
Might take a cheeper P/X......<br />
