Hi Tim, We have only done the main bearings and valve guide seals - don`t know the history of the engine other than that.

Hi, We are nearly there on restoring out 1950 F1 truck. The truck has a 1974 V8 302 engine with FMX automatic gearbox. Can we please have advice on which oil to use in the engine - dipstick says SE-101-C Thanks In advance.

Hi Dan, Yes, sorry mislead you there, it is the hot rod and custom show at Beaulieu that we were looking at attending. I think the season opener on the 19th April maybe pushing it for us but we’ll try. All sounds good, will be nice to get it on the road at last! Will add photos etc once complete...
