New ring and new locking nut turned up at 15.30 yesterday. Was thinking due to the amount of rust on the abs sensor and in the back of the hub and how bad the rust is on the drive shaft that the rust might be the corse of ring splitting ? Well that went better than expected so far now just waiting on delivery It all came apart nice and easy . You can see abs ring is split they say you have to heat the new one up to put it on drive shaft any body done that ?

No local scrap yards. Have ordered the abs ring and new lock nut for drive shaft. Undo all the lower arms pull the drum brake hub away from drive shaft then access to abs ring.
