General information about Worthing Rod and CustomOnce known as Worthing Sunny Sunday, new organisers have named it Worthing Rod and Custom. This event is located in Steyne Gardens, Worthing, West Sussex. Many American, Classic cars and bikes turn up to this superb event. Good for the whole family. Refreshments, live band. The Worthing Rod and Custom event on 27th of July 2008The Renegades met up at Tesco in Havant, well two of us anyway. Met at 8.30am to leave at 8.45am. Was a nice drive to Worthing, sun was out. Arrived at worthing around 9.40am. Parked up about halfway down the field. The quality of the cars there were as amazing as usual. To top it off what a scorcha, the sun was out all day long. I could say the only down side was waiting to leave. Okay usually you are boxed in until 3pm. We couldn't go till 5:40pm. Many people were feeling agitated because of this, and some people are reluctant to come back next year to. Over all this is a great show and somehow the weather is always good. I don't know how they order the sun, could be handy knowing the person who does.
